The Wildlife Festival

REVELSTOKE – ‘The Wildlife Festival’ is coming to you!
Be amazed and learn about some of the coolest animals from Argentina to the Canadian Arctic Tuesday, November 24th. Come face to face with owls, eagles, a peregrine falcon and more during incredible free flight bird of prey demonstrations presented by The Canadian Raptor Conservancy. Little Ray’s Reptile Zoo and The Backyard Conservation Fund of Canada will be on hand with pythons, rat snakes,tarantulas, scorpions, tortoises, and more with a spectacular Diversity of Living Things Show.
There will be 2 alternating 30 minute formal presentations, one by the Canadian Raptor Conservancy and the other by Little Ray’s Reptile Zoo. These fun, highly educational, incredible programs will alternate 15 minutes apart starting 15 minutes after opening and run through the day. On top of the shows there will be 20 live animal exhibits for your family to enjoy and even better, staff with animals out for you and your families to interact with and ask questions.
We are very glad we are able to arrange a stop in Revelstoke on our way through BC. Come and meet the fastest animal in the world, Canada’s largest reptile and many many many other incredible species. Give yourself a good 1.5 to 2 hours to see and do everything the shows are the highlight of this exhibit so DON’T miss them. Bring your camera (no flash photography please), your enthusiasm and enjoy!!!
